Take your stories to the next level!

The news business is constantly changing and the demands on journalists are greater than ever, but one thing remains vitally important: great storytelling.  Whether you are producing content for television or the Internet, the key to success is telling visual stories with great characters and memorable moments.  At the 2012 Northwest Video Workshop, you’ll hear from some of the best video storytellers in the business — great photojournalists, multimedia journalists, editors and reporters.  They’ll give you the tools you need to create your own compelling stories, from spot news and daily turns to in-depth features and investigations.  When the workshop is over, you’ll be energized and eager to take your stories to the next level.

The Northwest Video Workshop is sponsored by KING 5, KOMO 4, KIRO 7, Q13 Fox News, Yakima Herald-Republic, National Press Photographers Association and NATAS Northwest.
